Subscription Plans

AI Property Hub offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. The details of each plan are available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically be charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any price changes by posting the new prices on our Pricing page and/or by sending you an email notification.

Refunds

Except when required by law, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused portions of the Service.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by Users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vrij Capital and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vrij Capital.

Your Content

By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Content in connection with providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the Service or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in these Terms; (ii) the posting and use of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

You agree not to use the Service:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Vrij Capital, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
3. Any content obtained from the Service
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, TAX, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR MAKING FINANCIAL OR BUSINESS DECISIONS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vrij Capital, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City of San Francisco, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
